Contracts, AI-driven files and new models

A complete Contracts module with online signing, an AI node that can read and produce drive files, a per-connector choice of AI provider, and the arrival of Claude Opus 5.

• FeatureAutomations: the AI node can run on a Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini connector with your own API key, in addition to the platform model.
• FeatureOther tools: new Contracts module — rich-text drafting, reusable templates with variables, automatic numbering, amounts and expiry dates.
• FeatureContracts: every contract gets an online signing link where the recipient accepts or declines, keeping the name, date and IP address on record.
• FeatureContracts: export a contract to PDF, filed straight into the Files module drive.

More powerful automations and collaborative records

Loops with a "Done" branch, global variables in the editor, user management from automations, and richer database records: read-only fields, confirm buttons and real-time presence.

• FeatureAutomations: loops gain a "Done" output that runs once every iteration has finished, with loopResults aggregating the iteration count and every output of the loop body.
• FeatureDatabase: a record button now passes the clicking person's details (id, name, email, avatar) and the click time to the automation.
• FeatureDatabase: fields can be marked "read-only" and given a help text shown under the field in the record form.
• FeatureDatabase: record buttons gain a "danger" style and a customizable confirmation modal (title, message, labels) before running their automation.
• FeatureDatabase: the record form now shows in real time who else is viewing it and which field each person is editing.
• FeatureAutomations: the editor now shows in real time who else is viewing it and which step each person is working on.

Ongoing improvements

Improvements and fixes across the platform.

• FeatureDomains: a new section lets you search, buy, transfer and manage your domain names, including nameserver and DNS record configuration.
• FeatureDomains: added the OpenSRS (Tucows) registrar where the client is the domain registrant, with a registrant contact profile and a default-registrar selection.
• FeatureDomains: new domains can be automatically hosted on Cloudflare DNS with DNSSEC enabled end to end, and their records are managed directly from the platform.
• FeatureMobile app: a new iOS and Android app gives you access to your workspaces and modules (home, chat, email, calendar, passwords, blog, e-commerce, files, projects and meetings) with notifications and biometric unlock.
• FeatureAutomations: the send email step now supports carbon-copy (Cc), blind carbon-copy (Bcc) and a reply-to address.
• FeatureAutomations: the project tables (projects, columns, cards, tags, subtasks and comments) are now available in database steps and change triggers.

Clearer first steps

Clearer onboarding and notifications while your website is being generated.

• FeatureFirst steps: "Generate website" now shows generation is underway and invites you to explore the platform in the meantime.
• FeatureFirst steps: automatic notification as soon as the generated website is ready, from any page of the platform.
• FeatureAutomations: database triggers (insert, update, delete) now work with every available table, including custom tables.
• FeatureAutomations: new "Arrange" button that automatically tidies up the connected canvas cards without moving isolated ones.
• FeatureAutomations: a webhook can now receive files, automatically stored in the drive and usable in the scenario.
• FeatureAutomations: database triggers now detect newly received emails (hosted mailboxes or external IMAP), attachments included.

AI assistant and passwords

Improvements to the AI assistant and the password vault (2FA, custom fields, Chrome extension).

• FeaturePasswords: add a 2FA code to an entry and reveal the one-time code on demand, with a shrinking circular timer.
• FeaturePasswords: upload a 2FA setup screenshot to automatically extract its key and pre-fill the form.
• FeaturePasswords: add custom fields to an entry (text, password, URL, email, phone, multi-line, JSON, file or image).
• FeaturePasswords: new Chrome extension to autofill your credentials, copy 2FA codes and manage your vault from the browser.
