A completely redesigned CRM, and two new connectors

The CRM is rebuilt from the ground up: a complete company record with an AI relationship summary, an activity timeline that brings together calls, meetings, notes and emails, a column pipeline and quick actions. The AI assistant now searches the web and answers about your clients. On the automation side, Jev by TypeSafe AI brings instant, typed decisions and DataForSEO all of its SEO data. Files gains upload links, sharing with specific people by email and a trash.

• FeatureConnectors: new Jev connector by TypeSafe AI for instant decisions in automations — pick an option, rate on a scale or estimate the probability of a yes, with the confidence of each answer.

Better-organised, safer email

The AI files your emails into your folders, and reading protects you from phishing: a warning, hidden images in junk email and a confirmation before every link.

• FeatureEmail: with your permission, the AI files each email into the right folder or subfolder based on the mailbox context, can also create missing folders, and a filed email only notifies you when it is important.
• FeatureEmail: a banner warns when an email may be phishing, in the dashboard and the mobile app.
• FeatureEmail: images in junk email are hidden, with a button to show them and a word of caution.
• FeatureEmail: every clicked link asks for confirmation, showing its real destination and flagging misleading links.

Email, reimagined

Full conversations with quick reply, sender logos, multi-select, keyboard shortcuts and an AI assistant; incoming emails are announced live and attachments are stored in Files.

• FeatureEmail: a sound and a notification announce each incoming email in real time, with a button to mute the sound.
• FeatureEmail: the mailbox signature and template show as soon as you write a new message, with a faithful preview of the final email.

Meet and Chat, redesigned

Stable group meetings with shared-screen sound and noise suppression, and a livelier chat: read receipts, auto-scroll and drag and drop.

• FeatureMeet: screen sharing now carries sound, and everyone sets the volume of the share and of each participant for themselves.
• FeatureMeet: AI noise suppression right in the browser, removing typing, fans and background noise.

A redesigned vault for much more than passwords

The vault now stores cards, IDs, SSH keys and documents, can be shared with your automations, shows its health at a glance and updates instantly.

• FeaturePasswords: a revealed password hides again after 30 seconds and its copy is cleared from the clipboard.
• FeaturePasswords: the vault also stores bank cards and accounts, IDs, servers, databases, SSH keys, Wi-Fi networks, licences, subscriptions, contacts, addresses, photos and documents, and flags what expires soon.
• FeatureAutomations: a vault entry can be shared with chosen automations and used in their steps without copying the secret.
• FeaturePasswords: an entry can hold several addresses (same account on several sites or environments), all recognized by search and autofill.
• FeatureChrome extension: new animated interface matching the vault, with the health check, one-click fill for the open site's entries and adding the current site to an entry.

Clearer connectors, with the real logos

The Connectors page is redesigned: find a service in an instant, link it in one click and know right away whether the connection works.

• FeatureConnectors: each connection can be tested automatically (hourly by default), retried quickly after a failure, and reported by email after several failures in a row — then again when it recovers.

Rules that sort your mail for you

Your mailbox now applies your own rules to every incoming message: file it, tag it, forward it or reply, hands-free.

• FeatureEmail: build rules that file, tag, forward, delete or auto-reply based on the sender, subject, content, attachments, authentication or time of arrival.
• FeatureEmail: try a rule against your latest messages before enabling it, to see exactly what it would do.
