1. Bank of Hours for Support & Modifications
To provide flexible and responsive support after your project is deployed, we operate using a "Bank of Hours" system.
- Scope: This bank is used for post-deployment modifications, maintenance, and ad-hoc requests.
- Expiration: Hours purchased in a bank are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours after this period will expire.
- Minimum Charge: Any change or request handled through the bank of hours will be billed for a minimum duration of 30 minutes.
- Missed Meetings: If a scheduled meeting occurs and the client does not attend, we reserve the right to deduct the scheduled duration of the meeting from the bank of hours.
2. Meeting Recordings
To ensure accuracy and facilitate project management, we may record our interactions.
- Recording Policy: All meetings with clients or external suppliers may be recorded.
- Privacy Commitment: We strictly commit to not publishing these recordings publicly. They are for internal use and reference only.
